Welcome to The Rodeo Boutique, where the enduring spirit of the American West is alive and well. Nestled in the heart of the town that hosts the “World’s Oldest Rodeo,” our boutique is a proud, family-run business founded by a mother-daughter team whose western roots reach back generations.
Our story begins in the 1940s with Wallace Stevens, a master saddle maker and silversmith, and the visionary behind several iconic western businesses, including Rocking S Silversmiths at the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. His dedication to craftsmanship and Western culture has inspired our family for decades.
The Mother-Daughter Team
Wallace’s daughter, Cindy, grew up steeped in western heritage and became a talented bareback rider in the Professional Women’s Rodeo Association. The passion continued with Kenni, Cindy’s daughter, who received her first custom trophy buckle as a baby and later captured several rodeo queen titles—including Miss Teen Rodeo Arizona, Miss Prescott Frontier Days, and Miss Turquoise Circuit. Together, Cindy and Kenni launched RodeoFlags.com, making custom sponsor flags for rodeos across the country, including the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas.
After over 20 years in the flag-making business, they set out on a new journey with The Rodeo Boutique. Their western and rodeo boutique is a curated celebration of cowgirls, cowboys, ranching, and rodeo traditions—each piece selected to share the authentic story of the West.
